Color: brilliant rosè.
Bouquet: intense and alcohol-rich, recalling wild violets.
Palate: full and well balanced, with just the right amounts of fruitiness and sweetness.
Best accompanied by: works equally well with antipasti, as an aperitif, or as wine to be savoured with friends at any time of the day.
Best served at: chilled to between 8ºC and 10ºC.
In the vineyard: Raboso grapes hand-picked.
In the cellar: crushing/destemming followed by immediate separation of the skins from the free-run juice to make the wine as fresh as possible and to give it its typical pink coloring.
